Order Cancellation / 注文のキャンセル
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours because processing may have already begun.
ご注文後12時間以内であればキャンセルを承ります。
12時間を経過したご注文は、すでに処理が開始されている場合があるため、キャンセルできない場合があります。
Returns & Refunds / 返品・交換について
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their order.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

Defective or Incorrect Items / 不良品について
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After review, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
